Terms and Conditions of Sale

This English text is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one, and French law applies.
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the PixiSafe.fr website between AT WORK PC, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is at 551, chemin de Fontfouranne, 06480 La Colle-sur-Loup, France, registered with the Antibes Trade and Companies Register under number 893 860 981 (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any non-trading natural person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are stated before the order is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force when the order is placed.
Article 4 – Orders
The Customer places an order directly online. The order is confirmed once these Terms have been expressly accepted and payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or any other method offered on the website, through the secure payment providers Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Seller does not store any banking data.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication only:
- 3 to 7 business days in mainland France
- 7 to 21 business days for the European Union and international destinations
In accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
Article 7 – Transfer of ownership and risk
Products remain the property of the Seller until the price has been paid in full. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon physical delivery of the products.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty. The details are set out in the Withdrawal Policy.
Article 9 – Legal warranties
Products automatically benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The conditions of application are set out in the Legal Warranty Policy.
Article 10 – Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 11 – Force majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable for failing to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by French case law.
Article 12 – Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform available at:
