Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision unambiguously by:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory.

• If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
• The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have supplied proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

You must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw, to the following address:

• The direct cost of returning the product is at your expense.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
• Audio or video recordings, or software, unsealed after delivery
• Digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent
